Our History

Millions of computerised forms and continuous computer stationery will pour from some highly sophisticated machinery from Norway which arrived in Clayton-le-Moors. Its destination was the new factory of Accrington printing firm, Ward Knowles Ltd. Who have extended their business to Longton House, Clayton-le-Moors. During the past few years, the firm has combined general printing with an increasing specialisation in multiple forms which are sold throughout the country.

Current production of these forms already exceeds 10,000,000 per month from the Accrington works and the new £100,000 machinery will produce both cut forms and previously manufactured and continuous computer stationery, making the firm the only independent direct supplier of computer forms in this area.
